Human Resource Manager

Miriam joined Williams in 2020 where she is responsible for developing human resources policies and programs, including organizational planning, organizational development, employee training, succession planning, employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits, health and safety, workers compensation administration and employee services.

With over 20 years of generalist experience, she is a hands-on, results-oriented manager who strives for success and balance within the organization. Her past experience includes human resource management positions at DSV Logistics, Geodis Logistics LLC, and Lineage Logistics as well as earlier positions as a human resource generalist. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University, San Bernardino.
