Ruth Ann joined Williams in 1991 as District Sales Manager and has enjoyed expanded responsibilities as our business has changed over the past 31 years. Much of her time is spent face-to-face with customers, business owners and industry leaders.

Representing Williams, Ruth Ann has actively served with the following organizations:

• Heating Air-conditioning Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) Board of Directors, Supplier Advisor
• Air-Conditioning Heating & Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) Board of Directors, Heating and Unitary Sectors, Air Conditioning Heat Transfer and Room Fan Coils, and Public Affairs Committees
• Heating Air-Conditioning Refrigeration Institute (HRAI) of Canada
• Past President of Women in HVACR (WHVACR)

Prior to joining Williams, Ruth Ann had been in manufacturing operations with The Knox Company (manufacturer of safe and vaults) in Newport Beach, CA and the Rochester Corporation (manufacturer of oilfield and oceanographic cable) in Culpeper, VA. Most of her career has been spent working for companies that manufacture engineered products based on customer specifications.
