Thinh Pho has been with Williams since May of 2022. As President and General Manager, he draws on his extensive manufacturing, financial, and business development skills to drive both short and long-term strategic planning and profitability for the business.

Through Thinh’s hands-on leadership style and innovative approach, Williams has experienced an increase in overall revenue and marked improvement in profitability over prior years. His focus on technology improvements and goal of delighting customers will help position Williams to become a world class manufacturer in the HVACR market.

Thinh is an accomplished executive with more than two decades of senior management experience at successful manufacturing and start-up companies, including Dynacast International, Bloom Energy, Eaton Corporation and United Technologies. He has held roles focused on operational excellence, advanced research, and revenue growth in worldwide, multi-site locations. Thinh holds a mechanical engineering degree from Western New England University and an MS degree in management and technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.
