Senior Vice President Of Operations

Eliseo Guajardo joined Williams in the new role of Senior Vice President of Operations in early 2023. He is responsible for providing strategic leadership in the development and execution of operational excellence in manufacturing, automation and supply chain to enable growth while maximizing the company’s financial goals.

With more than 35 years of hands-on, progressive experience in all facets of safety, quality assurance, operational excellence and supply chain management in the US and Mexico, Eliseo will drive the operations teams to success through continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies. He has held key quality, operations, and general management positions at companies such as Lynam Industries, Dynacast International, Bloom Energy, Hawker Beechcraft, and Eaton. Eliseo holds a BS in Electronic and Communication Engineering and a Master of Business Administration, as well as numerous training programs and certifications including several key ERP systems, Malcom Baldridge Award Auditor/Examiner, Lean Enterprise System Design, Six Sigma Training Green Belt, Advanced Quality Planning and Ford Motor Company Kaizen Workshops.
