Submit warranty claims for defective parts, report field issues, or request service from Williams Comfort Products and Cozy.

Parts Requiring Factory Return

Blower assemblies, burners, burner control assemblies, ignition controls, motor assemblies, and valves must be returned to the factory for warranty credit. Pre-authorization is not required.

Submission Requirements

  • One warranty form per customer invoice
  • All fields must be completed - incomplete forms will not be processed
  • Response provided within 7 business days of submission

Deadlines

  • Shipping discrepancies or carrier loss: Submit within 3 business days of delivery with signed POD stating shortage or damage
  • Pricing discrepancies: Submit within 30 business days of shipment
